Relative to recognizing January 27, 2023, as National Downwinders Day of Remembrance, for all Americans who worked and lived downwind from nuclear testing sites and were adversely affected by radiation exposure and to commend the Pacific Association of Radiation Survivors for persevering in their support and advocacy for those afflicted with cancers on Guam and to include the people of Guam for RECA compensation.
