Relative to recognizing the members of Chamorros Hands in Education Links Unity for their commitment to providing a platform for Chamorros throughout southern California and the region; and commending them for their efforts to gather and keep their connection to our heritage strong through carrying on our Chamorro culture and language, sharing with others our unique Chamorro traditions, telling the stories of I taotao tano and embodying the inafa’maolek spirit that is a hallmark of the Chamorro people.
