Relative to posthumously recognizing the late Honorable Jose “Pedo” Toves Terlaje, former Senator and former Mayor of Yo'ña for his dedication to our island and the people of Guam; and commemorating his legacy of service; and further expressing condolences to his family on his passing, on behalf of the people of Guam.
