Relative to recognizing the Judiciary of Guam, the Judiciary of the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. District Court of Guam, the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Guam Bar Association for the outstanding service they provide to our island communities and commending them for their advocacy of justice and equality as we join them in the celebration of “Law Month” from April 21 to May 30, 2023, and “Law Day” on May 1, 2023.
