Relative to posthumously recognizing the late Jesus Salas Rivera for building futures with the people of Guam as a multisport head coach and youth center coordinator, and through his 40-year service as Chief Facilities Inspector for the U.S. Government; and, expressing condolences to his family on his passing, on behalf of the people of Guam.
