Relative to recognizing and congratulating Special Olympics Guam (SOGU) on its Forty-Seventh (47th) Year Anniversary, and expressing gratitude to the organization for advocating for the needs and the potential of those with physical and developmental disabilities through having the “Special Olympics Games,” and promoting awareness, sportsmanship, and camaraderie on Guam.
